CONDUCTING BUSINESS DURING COVID-19
This situation is fast moving and highly unprecedented.....
..... but our industry has weathered challenges before, and together we can manage this.
We suggest the folloeing Best Practices to comply with the states guidelines, while maintaining your ongoing professionalism, as well as continuing to meet your clients needs, and providing the best possible level of service;
1. Encourage your staff and investigators to work from their homes, rather than travel into the office, or to clients homes, and other place of business.
2. Maximize your use of emails and text messages for all communication and instruction
3. Conduct interviews over the telephone and via ZOOM or Skype where multiple persons, video, and/or in person recordings are required
As always, ensure you coordinate your efforts with your clients and make them aware of your desire to serve them and their clients needs, no matter the difficulties or circumstances we find ourselves facing.
